Middle School Academic Mentorship

Middle school students begin managing multiple teachers, more complex coursework, and greater academic independence. My mentorship at this stage supports both subject mastery and the development of stronger study systems as academic expectations increase.

Areas of Support

  • Mathematics (pre-algebra and algebra pathways)
  • Science
  • English/Language Arts
  • Social Studies
  • Study skills and academic organization
  • Private School Entrance Exams (SSAT and ISEE)

Many middle school students I work with are also enrolled in high school–level coursework, which is increasingly common in advanced academic tracks. This may include courses such as Algebra II or Spanish I during eighth grade.

At the same time, some students seek mentorship to strengthen foundational skills, rebuild confidence in a subject, or develop stronger academic structure. My approach is designed to meet students where they are academically and help them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

If this stage reflects your child’s current needs and you’re interested in working together, please visit the Enrollment page to learn how the enrollment process works and how to begin.
